We’ve made some big changes to Bright!  After collecting your feedback, we’ve added requested features and redesigned the Employer Center to be more efficient for your talent acquisition needs.  Here are just a few of the new changes:

New Dashboard

You can now view all of your jobs right when you log in, as well as applies, prospects and views. Plus, you can see the number of new candidates awaiting your review in parenthesis next to the job title.

Filters and Sorting

Filter and sort candidates to view only the candidates you care about. Filters include Bright Score, activity date, distance, level of intent, status and hiring process. Sort by bookmarked candidates, Bright Score, candidate, location, date or level of intent.

Resume Quick View

Hover over a candidate’s name to see a summary of their resume. The sneak peek will show you work experience, education and skills – so you can decide quickly if you’d like to review their full resume or not.

Review Resumes Faster

Flip through resumes quickly with back and forward buttons, rather than going back to the full list of candidates.

Bookmark Candidates

Bookmark your favorite candidates, so you can find them later.

Customize Skill Importance (Coming Soon)

You can now customize the relative importance of skills we parse out of your job descriptions.  Knowing what skills you find most important will allow us to present you with the most relevant candidates.
